Your keys. Ready for CyberRouter.
Create an API key with your provider, connect it once, and use it through CyberRouter. Pick a provider below to get started.
Connect in three steps
- 01 / Create
Get a provider key
Follow your provider's guide below. Check its API billing, credits, and model access before your first request.
- 02 / Connect
Add it to CyberRouter
Sign in, then open API Keys, select the provider, paste its key, and register it. Your browser session already connects you to your account.
- 03 / Use
Choose a connected model
Find a model served by your provider in Models. Your app authenticates to CyberRouter with your CyberRouter account key.
Your provider key connects that provider's API account; your CyberRouter account key connects you to CyberRouter. Keep both private. You can read all these guides before connecting an account.
Before connecting a key
CyberRouter receives, encrypts and stores your key, then decrypts it on the server to make provider requests. Create a dedicated key with limited permissions and spending limits. Your provider bills usage separately. Disconnecting in CyberRouter does not revoke the original key; revoke it in your provider console if it may be exposed.
You are responsible for keeping your key and account access secure. BYOK includes no theft insurance or automatic reimbursement guarantee. Connecting requires acceptance of the service terms and BYOK responsibilities. For suspected misuse, follow the reporting steps and never include a secret key in your report.
OpenAI
BYOK available- Sign in to OpenAI Platform and open API keys in the account you want to use.
- Create a new secret key and give it a recognizable name, such as CyberRouter.
- Copy the secret key and keep it somewhere private. You will paste it into CyberRouter when you connect this provider.
Use an OpenAI Platform API key with access to your selected models. Check your API billing and usage limits in the Platform account.
Anthropic
BYOK available- Sign in to the Claude Console and open Settings → API keys.
- Choose Create key, name it CyberRouter, and select an expiration. Link it to yourself for personal use or a service account for shared use. Scope it to a single workspace for CyberRouter.
- Copy the full key when it appears. The Console shows the secret only once; save it privately before closing the dialog.
If key creation is disabled, ask your organization admin for access. Choose a workspace with the model access and API billing you need.
Google AI Studio
BYOK available- Sign in to Google AI Studio with your Google account and complete the welcome steps.
- Open API keys. Use your default project or import the Google Cloud project you want to use, then choose Create API key.
- Create and copy the key for that project. In CyberRouter, select Google AI Studio when you add it.
Key creation requires permission on the selected project. Paid Gemini API usage also requires billing on that project; available free usage and limits depend on the model and account.
xAI
BYOK available- Create an account or sign in to the xAI Console, then choose the team you want to use.
- Open API Keys and create a key for your CyberRouter connection.
- Copy the key and check that your team has API credits before sending requests.
xAI's API uses credits managed in the Console. Check the team's balance and the key's model permissions if a request is refused.
DeepSeek
BYOK available- Sign in to the DeepSeek Platform, or create an account if this is your first visit.
- Open API keys and create a new key for your CyberRouter connection.
- Copy the key and save it privately. Return to CyberRouter and add it under DeepSeek.
Check your DeepSeek Platform balance and billing before making paid API requests.
Moonshot
BYOK available- Sign in to the Kimi API Platform, the developer platform for Moonshot's Kimi models.
- Open API Keys and create a key in the account you want to use.
- Copy the key, then select Moonshot in CyberRouter's provider selector to connect it.
This connection uses the metered Kimi API Platform. Check that account's API balance and limits before making requests.
OpenRouter
BYOK available- Sign in to OpenRouter and open the API keys page for your workspace.
- Create a regular API key, name it CyberRouter, and choose a credit limit if you want to cap its spending.
- Copy the key and check that your OpenRouter account has credits for the paid models you want to use.
Use a regular API key for model requests. Management API keys are for account administration and cannot call models.
OrcaRouter
BYOK available- Sign in to the OrcaRouter dashboard and open API Keys in your workspace.
- Create a key, give it a name such as CyberRouter, and choose a credit limit and expiration to suit your usage.
- Copy the generated key, then add it under OrcaRouter in CyberRouter.
Check the workspace's API credit balance before making paid requests. Ask your workspace admin for access if you cannot create keys or manage billing.
