Billing and cancellation

Subscription charges

Plus and Pro renew automatically until canceled. Your selected price, applicable discount, and billing interval are displayed before you start checkout. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are shown by the payment provider before payment.

Monthly plans are charged each month. Three-month plans are charged for all three months upfront and renew every three months. Credits are issued monthly. There is no free trial in the current plans.

Any recurring discount shown at checkout continues on renewals under that subscription’s agreed pricing. Selecting Subscribe accepts the renewal terms shown with the plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; Paddle checkout collects any additional confirmation required before payment.

Cancel online

Open Credits & plans, select Manage billing, and cancel your subscription in the payment provider’s portal before the next renewal. The portal shows your next billing date and cancellation status.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Credits already purchased remain available, including monthly grants still due for an already paid three-month period. Canceling a subscription does not itself request a refund.

Top-ups and provider charges

Credit top-ups are one-time purchases and do not renew. Each dollar purchased adds a dollar in credits. Top-ups use whole-dollar amounts starting at $5, before any applicable tax.

Your model provider charges its API costs separately using your own provider key. CyberRouter credits pay CyberRouter’s usage fees. See current pricing for plan allowances and fees.
