Refund policy

Purchases covered

This policy covers CyberRouter subscriptions and one-time credit top-ups. For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply alongside your mandatory consumer rights.

Request a refund

Email support@cyberrouter.ai with your purchase email, transaction or receipt reference, and a description of the issue. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle payment support or the support link on your receipt. Do not send passwords, provider API keys or full card details.

Submit discretionary refund requests within 14 days of the relevant purchase or renewal. Paddle reviews eligibility under its policy; a request within that period does not guarantee approval. Statutory refund or withdrawal rights may provide different deadlines or additional protections.

Technical issues and billing mistakes

If CyberRouter is not working as described, or you notice a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact us promptly so we can investigate and help resolve it. If an issue remains unresolved, you can contact Paddle with the receipt and details of the problem.

Cancellation and credits

Cancel future subscription renewals through Credits & plans → Manage billing or the management link on your receipt. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. See our billing and cancellation policy for renewal and credit details.

Approved refunds adjust the credits and subscription benefits associated with the refunded purchase. Provider API charges paid directly to Anthropic, OpenRouter or another provider are separate purchases; contact that provider about those charges.

Processing and your rights

Paddle handles approved refunds through the original payment method where possible. Its policy sets the processing deadlines; the time until funds appear depends on the payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty or misdescribed services. Those rights take precedence over any conflicting policy term.
